I've been using two ASP.NET applications which allow remote MS SQL database administration via a web interface.
ASP Enterprise Manager is a web-based interface for Microsoft SQL Server and MSDE written using ASP.Net, VB.Net and C#.Net, unfortunately the project seems to be discontinued.

Web Data Administrator is a utility program implemented in ASP.NET from Microsoft that enables you to easily manage your SQL Server data wherever you are.

I don't think web-based administration tools for SQL Server have yet reached a level of maturity as with MySQL.
