Whoppix is a stand alone penetration testing live cd based on Knoppix.With the latest tools and exploits, it is a must for every penetration tester and security auditor; it includes Several exploit archives, such as Securityfocus, Packetstorm, SecurityForest and Milw0rm, as well as a wide variety of updated security tools.
In the past I tryed other security live cd such as Iritaly, Helix, .... but this seems very complete and oriented to Penetration Test.
Moreover there are some really interesting demos on http://www.whoppix.net/demos.html
such as Cracking WEP in 10 minutes or Bruteforcing MS SQL Server.
