I needed to connect to a terminal server but the Firewall publish only specific ports (e.g. TCP 80).
I found a simple workaround that allow me to add a new RDP listening port without needing to restart the server and requiring minimum configuration.
Export the following key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp to a .reg file
Open the .reg file with notepad, replace RDP-Tcp with RDP-Tcp-New, change the PortNumber value (be sure to use hexadecimal value).
Save the .reg file and add it to the registry.
To connect using the specified port just change the rdp client address (e.g. 192.168.1.1:80)
