Yes.. today it's 18th of October and it's the release date for Internet Explorer 7 !! On 1st of November will be also delivered to via Automatic Updates .

If you want to block automatic delivery , use Internet Explorer 7 Blocker Toolkit or use this nice tool called IE7remoteBlockingTool.
