An application works from my local machine, but throws a SecurityException when I move it to a network share:
Security Exception, AspNetHostingPermission Error …

Microsoft moved this tool to the SDK package, which you can download here: [x86] [x64] [IA64].
However, you still can modify the trust level by using Command Tool
"Caspol.exe".
