I wasn't sure when I last changed a password into Active Directory, so I checked pwdLastSet attribute from AdsiEdit but I received a long string of number.
After investigating some minutes, I discovered it is the time from epoc and you can easily convert to normal date time format using w32tm command, below an example.
Example: w32tm /ntte 127643479985468750
