A dude at work showed me this awesome program. It's called Rocket Dock.
It is a cool docking application which can put a nice cute dock on your desktop, which is much like OSX. You can drag and drop shortcuts into the dock which can be made to auto-hide, appearing only when you hover your mouse over its region. Now with added Taskbar support your minimized windows can appear as icons on the dock. This allows for better productivity and accessibility.
