How to Fix the Disk Signature Collision Problem

I generated a VHD with Disk2VHD and then I tried to Mount on the same PC but it fails due to Signature Collision.

The solution is pretty easy:
  1. Launch Diskpart
  2. Select Disk
  3. View the Signature with command uniqueid disk
  4. Change the signature using uniqueid disk ID=[New Signature]
